    Low resistance to ground on CPU VCore is normal when the CPU is plugged in, especially on core i7 Ivy Bridge it can be 1 or 2 ohms only.
    On PU8100, +5VAO and +3VAO are the LDO outputs that are present as soon as the PU8100 receives power on its VIN pin 11 and the enable signal on its ENLDO pin 12 is high. This should be the case as soon as the system receives power (19V present after the DC in MOSFET).

    The +5VO and +3VO outputs are the buck regulator outputs. They each require their enable signal, ENTRIP1 pin 2 for +5VO and ENTRIP2 pin 4 for +3VO. This happens later in the power on sequence and requires the EC to send out the 3VSUS_ON/5VSUS_ON after receiving power from +3VA_EC and having its reset signal EC_RST# deasserted (going high).
