Dell 3521 (la-9104p) laptop not charging battery

Hi all
I have a dell 3521 (la-9104p) laptop. It not charging battery.
(2 second detect charging after not charging. power connector icon detect but bot charging)
drivers reinstall
replace charging ic. same error
i/o chip re program same error
anyone help me

If it is "plugin but not charging" issue than you can use jumper from power connector psid to sio psid (pin 16).

Tried with a known good battery?? Adapter wattage detetced correctly??

Thanks for reply, yes tried it few adapter also ,same situation ,there is no BATT+ at all
after flashing bios .now say ( battery cannot be identified )
In beginning (PQ102 4407) found short.

Seems like battery is damaged. Try with a known good battery first.

Thanks for your intrest.problem solved.One of 3 capacitors was short.replaced it. Now charging normal.like u said connected a charged battery there was no power at all.

Thats a very common fault on this mb-caps getting shorted on battery output line.
