Ibase mb890-r HELP !!!

Hello everyone,
I have a motherboard from a console audio pc ibase mb890-r.
The problem is, no signal and one beep sound.
I'm looking to fix it but with no luck.
Does anyone seen that before?
Schematic and bios it could be nice to found!!!

I found bios but same issue.
The mobo has one long beep error for 2-3 seconds and restarts again.

No schematic no report in google, I heat the north, south and one more same issue ...

Any ideas????

did you try replacing the memory module ?

I try to replace ram + cpu, same issue ... I send it back...
