Acer 4738 install intel HD driver reboot loading win shutdown - need help

Acer 4738 (no Z nor G)
DA0ZQ9MB6C0 REV:C

Not booting into windows or not loading Intel HD driver, no shutdown no matter how long time I leave the laptop powered on.

Once install the HD driver, reboot and it will shutdown while half way loading windows while still at the win logo splash logo. It can be powered on back immediately.

Intel i3 HM55 chip

Tried already:
Flash bios
replace HM55 SLGZS
swap various processor/memory
Replace all tantalum cap which is slightly low in value 200+uF instead of rated 330
measure solid cap capacitance still good within value (esr negligible, I am using Atlas ESR70 meter)
power choke no heatup (0.4 / 0.5 ohm)

Anyone had come across this symptom or have any ideas to share?

If not mistaken the HD driver also install Intel HD audio, can anyone confirm?

Why the hell did you do all that

Please put back 330uf capacitors...Don`t play with that power rail...first...you have replaced or reballed PCH,so if you have replaced it you must update bios with clear ME region... symptoms you have may be caused by that... Second after proper flashing,if doesn`t work try replacing cpu...
After that we will diagnose it further...

I would try and do a windows repair with and windows operating disk.
