Laptop Lenovo G560 - Power problem no LED lights

When I put in AC won't power up when I press TURN-ON. I test switch and all is ok.
On board no charging light at charging port.

Board: NIWE2 LA-5752P REV1.0


On board I have IC chip KB926QF E0. When I put in Power adapter this chip be very much warm. After only few seconds I can't touch him.
This happens even though I don't press the Power Switch.

ENE KB926QF E0
Pin32 - 2.93vdc
Pin33 - 3.30vdc
Pin97 - 2.99vdc

Is all ok with this KB926QF? Or I must replace him?

Ok I will try replace this chip.

I bye new from ebay: IC Chip
When i replace I will back and say what happened.
