PCH Problem

Hi may friend, I am in a problem. I have some laptops 2 toshiba, 2 acer and one singer brands. above all of them after re flowing pch working good and few days only. Then ordered pch and replaced about three laps. but same problem. I want to know fault is at my new chips or another problem. Still I am new and i have no More experience about BGA problems. Thanks

PCH, it is no you problem, voltages in the ivy bridge. one seccion it is use as gpu, where signal grafics come from..gfx. rail, vr on ..check all this rails..PCH and BIOS are no the bad guys..in the other hand change the processor.
