Lenovo B50-30 HDD and DVD no power

hello, i have this Lenovo B50-30 (ZIWB0/B1/E0 LA-102P) that have water damage.

I clean mobo and laptop turn on but HDD wont spin, and DVD wont open.

I check voltages on HDD and it have only 3.3V and 0.5V.

What do you think this could be?

you must found 2 voltages in lenovo 3.3v and 5.10v

check the +5_vs supply on the 14,15,16 pin of the hdd connector (SATA HDD1 Conn.). if it is 0v, check R129 resistor.

Hey i found that U11 was burned, i remove it and look the pads are burned.

Is it possible to bypass this MOSFET?

I think you can still scratch off some copper trace from the paths to create new solder points then u can use tiny wires to jumper it.

Yes but mosfet legs are gone, those 3 legs on mosfet is broken

oh do you mean mosfet itself or the solder pads? You can check image I attached. The center pin might give you a problem though.

Need a replacement for that. I usually salvage those from scrap boards.

hey i manage to replace the MOSFET. I have 5V and 3.3V on output now. But now my laptop wont show display I do not think this issue is related to this MOSFET.

Will try to flash new bios, and also i found that battery (3V battery not laptop battery) holder is broken.

Can this be problem and reason why laptop wont start? Because it do not have this 3V from battery?

Also non LED indicator wont blink, only turn on LED on pwr button

I try to flash the Bios but it is 1.8V chip. So i do not have 1.8V adapter (have only 3.3V)
Waiting for adapter to arrive.

Hey i receive my 1.8V adapter but programming was unsucessful. Software tell me to check the pin.

hey i managed to fix this (it was bad RAM slot)

All is working now exept laptop wont charge battery. When i plug in charger (laptop is turned off) and start it it wont charge battery. But when i start laptop without battery and then plug battery (when laptop is ON) it will start charging

Hello, i find that PU602 getting really hot. i found that on pin 8 (IN) get 19V. is this normal.

Pin 8 is maked on schematics as "B+_1.0V"

Also i found that only pin 3 (ILMT) is shorted to GND but i this it should be shorted to GND.

Alse i found boardview of this board, so i attached it.
