    HP Pavillon 17-f166nf boot loop

    Hi,
As you can see on this video : https://youtu.be/XDtxhd0UFYM ; I have an HP Pavillon 17-f166nf which does not want to turn on.
After pressing power button, power LED turns on and fan starts to spin for a second, then it powers off, then again LED turns on and fan starts to spin.

Corrupt BIOS? Reflow needed? Something else?

I measure only 22 ohm on some caps under GPU. Is it dead?
Some caps under CPU shows around 70 ohm but I think it's alright.

Attached are some photos of the board, original BIOS backup, and schematics (may not be exactly the same but close enough).

Thanks but it still doesn't work… Nothing changed with your ROM.

Tried to remove PL12, PL13, then removed GPU as I was suspecting it. Nothing changed.
Removed PL14 just to see what would happen, and nothing changed either.
I've no other idea. Could it be a dead CPU/PCH? How can I test it? Anything else I can try?
