samsung s3 neo flashing screen

got this S3 neo here , doing this , but making no clew WTF is going on here , anyone had ever had such problem , and what was the cause?

try hard resetting you s3 neo,

-turn the s3 off
-hold volume up+menu botton+press power on,

-wipe cache partition
-wipe data/factory reset
- delete all user

let me know what happen

done that yesterday , but still the same
, cheked battery as well , not a bttery issue
