Toshiba Sat-840 (NO POWER)

hello fellas

i have toshiba Sat- 840

no power problem, i check a basic

1.charger adapter (ok)
2. Charger terminal (ok)

i open it check to burn physical defect
trace short for ohm ohmmeter none

i notice the PU2 Has been Heat up, if i connect the battery and Adapter (Charger)

Here's the Image

that the PU2 has been Heating Up
