hp cq56 starting problem

hp cq56 starting problem
- first time mainboard starts for one second , dvd-rw light on , fan spin once, and stops , i remove northbringe because i measure a short, but was not.

after remove north , i measure that is not 1.8v for ram memory , i change i.c. from picture . after change it , and put pe north back on board

Now mainbord starts, few spin , and restart, and keep spining and remains on, but no image internal or external . I try with another bios chip fron another board , no change. I did not whrite a dump.

Any help ? possible southbridge dead ? I test kbc with 3v , is working fine, no short.

what about post card? what code is showing?

check all switching voltages if comes up

i dont have a scope, the SB is to warm , if the board initializes and will be no image, i think the fan should stop at one moment.

i will check tomorrow all voltage on the board.

I got a hp630 and its with intel.

Its got a i3 1st gen. Cpu

I reflow the south chip. Actually I cook the whole board its working fine but I do know it came from southbridge because its got a poor thermal transfer design.
