Couple HP laptops showing similar error symptom, no blinking / beeping.

Hey, i have now another HP paviliomn g7-1118so laptop which has problems booting.
    Symptoms:
    - Wifi light turns amber on boot
    - no blinking lights at all
    - battery light turns blue, so thats good
    - power button light is stable blue also, same with left panel power light.
    - fan turns on, keeps running, although it has odd sound to it
    - dvd turns on

    What i did:
    - hard reset, multiple times without battery and with battery
    - tested ram slots with different rams
    - opened it up and checked mobo connections. replaced thermal solution and cleaned fan, put some new oil inside fan, didnt resolve the sound. Tried get it sit better on case but couldnt resolve that issue.
    - tried to start without cmos battery. and did cmos reset.
    - it wont detect ram at all.. even when its missing no sounds or beeping sounds even without any connection to motherboard other than processor.
    - somehow when i assemblied it back it booted to bios showing everything and f35 bios ( didnt find this anymore.. it was for intel processor dunno what it was doing in amd processor laptop )
    - when i rebooted it started fine without beeps or blinking lights, but shuttdown it did same again, wifi light amber, wont even recodnize missing ram.
    - somehow i got it recover bios with hp diagnostic tool, now it has F6A for amd processor and newest on hp site.
    - still after that on shuttdown it show same symptoms.

I have nearly exact symptoms on alot older hp dv6-2004eo, although that one boots nicely about 40% of time. alot more.

if memory controller is inside cpu, problem CANT be on gpu right? if it wont even recodnize missing ram with beeps / blinking?

dont have equitment for reball. i tried reflow heat gun with flux on dv6 with 2 blinks and it didnt work now it does 2 blink and wont read even usb.. did southbridge too which was mistake as someone said in other thread.

if i use heat gun .. wouldnt that atleast temporarily fix it ? i have infrared thermometer what temp should i be in and for how long..
      i have liquid flux also

      thx

I've replaced the fan twice in 2 years on my G7-2269WM. Real cheap on eBay. My biggest complaint is I have to open this up once a month and clean the dust out. It's like a damn dust vac and the heatsink on the fan will be packed with it. Maybe you're overheating?

I cleaned the fan.. had some dust inside, nothing too big. anyway sound wasnt from dust. i put some gun cleaning oil inside of fan. didnt resolve sound, its still spinning quite good. It wont boot now even when completely cold so it isnt from overheating. no blinks or beeps just power / battery light and yellow wifi light on boot.

Tried boot without heatsink and fan on.. i kept those connected still if some cpu pin was bent or someting bending gpu / nb .. iddnt resolve anything

although every time i open hp laptop and clean fan theres ALWYAS some dust.. i hope they come up with better heatsinks in the future

rework stations look really expensive even from cheaper end. what about hot air station with small tip?`These look affordable from ebay what you suggest?

ofc i need other things also but could try first just heat it up to fix broken solder joints, and if it fixes atleast some of my laptops could think of reballing or replacing chips even in the future.

im reballing ics for few years with equipment for 50e, so its not that hard. my comrade have a heat air pro reballing station but im good with mine :-)

So reballing is as good as chip replacement ?
dont have money anyway for rework station.. so what are my options to bring these dead hp laptops alive? if not heatgun how can i replace chips.. mby bios chip i could SOMEHOW with only soldering iron but thats about it. even thats hard for me
