auto type letter

i have an Asus k43u notebook. it is auto type letter. even the keyboard fulled out. i think it is bad ENE super I/O controller.
is there anyone helped very apprecieted, thanks for advanced...

check keyboard connector first, i've found on acer d255 one pin touch other pin on right or left side

i had checked keyboard connector. but result the same. sometimes it works oke. after a couple of minute its happen again.

remove the keyboard N try with pc keyboard

Try cleaning the motherboard with a good cleaning solution...

Thanks for respond. I have cleaned keyboard connector and auto type letter is gone. But after about one hour, 2, 4, 6, [ bottun pressed. Become like this 42L9T42'l9t'l9t'l9t. I plug external keyboard it work oke.

if u have ESR meter check all capacitors on keyboard signals. or if u can find what signal is responsible for that buttons u can replace capacitors on it

what esr meter you use? do you use it straight on board or take the caps out?

Thanks alot. Any one have a schematic for asus K43U. And one more thing. But if i use bat it works oke, and if dc plugged in it's happen a gain in about 30 menute later.

I sometimes see that aftermarket charger. The cheap ones on eBay they sometimes mess with the signals and it might cause things to go weird.

You said that on ac it misbehaves so I thought if you try a different charger it might work?

Ori. After replaced EC laptop makes worst. Shutdown after asus logo

I checked with proper magnifying glass There is two pin joined in EC. I fixed. But after log in windows. Its shutoff. And laptop totaly dead

I have changed bios ic. Laptop woking again. I hope its totally normal.

Bad news auto type letter still remain. I will try to change keyboard.
