Case Short :
Use power supply adjustable, then inject the charger line in mainboard (19 or B+), start with low voltage and read the current, raise until current 1,5Amp. the thouch the mainboard you will find hot component and pull that.Leave a comment:

i have same problem.
l645 15-30sec turn off,
chipset was replace, caps vcore replace and added 2x 330uf.
windbond io ic replace.
rehot/reflow all power chip, and cpu socket..

Yeah just same with me
intel atom always get popcorn and hard to repair because replace the chip was very expensive price and delivery (no one sold in my country).
