Hard disk not detect

Acer aspire one AOD722 not detect Hard disk

Connector hard disk on mainboard pin 8 and pin 9 is 3 volt and pin 10,11,12 is 5 volt ready

But not detect hard disk

I was change any hard disk but not solved

Help me please ....
