My friend you got to have BIOS dump files and desolder those chips and rewrite with unpassword fileJust cook it! It's already broken. -

yesterday I received from eBay a Lenovo M92p TINY model 3238 system with 4GB of RAM and a 500GB mechanical HDD.
I tested it and it worked fine, it booted to a fresh Win10 x64 French OS .
The plan was to replace the mechanical HDD with an SDD one and upgrade RAM to the max 16GB since I had 2x 8GB SODIMM modules.
I noticed that there was an update on the Lenovo support site so I thought I'd do that first and then proceed with the upgrades and installation of new OS.
The windows BIOS update completed successfully and the system booted to a bios-like... -

Hi All,
I have this DELL Latitude E6520 that does not power on or charge when adapter is plugged in BUT powers On with a charged Battery only. I noticed the CD3301 IC gets a little bit warm when the adapter is plugged, current flows in but it doesn't charge or power On the system.
I replaced the CD3301 to a NEW one which I ordered from China. Now immediately I plug in the adapter, the Power Led comes up (due to: No CMOS battery connected), it charges the battery BUT the CD3301 IC gets extremely HOT of which I'm afraid that if i leave it for long, the IC might burn...
