i opened up my screen and on the inside under tape was a torn screen cable. no way to repair unless i order a new screen. the cable is made that way.Leave a comment:

asus g750js ms1130c (203) turns on nothing on the screen
hi all i was wondering if you could help me troubleshoot this laptop. i bought the motherboard off eBay. it is used. i fitted the motherboard into the housing of the gaming casing and turned it on. nothing shows up on the screen. i checked the connectors and no missing connectors. i also removed the graphics card and nothing on the screen. i even reflashed the bios but still nothing on the screen. can it be a corrupt bios? i even used the HDMI port but it also shows nothing on screen. could this be broken screen or a dead ec chip?...

hi sorry there is no serial numbers on the board as you can see, i even removed the graphics card and no serial under it. the boards full name is

hi thanks for replying. im trying to reflash my bios chip. i bought a laptop and the bios whas empty. the machine turns on but nothing on the screen. sorry the laptop is still in the case. i could only remove the bios chip and try and reflash it using ezp programmer....Leave a comment:

Hi all. i bought an e6520 latitude with a locked bios. my question is if i buy a new bios for the system will the system become unlocked or stay locked. Dell no longer answer to request for password resets of my system. -

Ive started in the 80s with computers. back then everything started with black and white screens. After i got our first 286 computer i started going to the puplic library to learn everything of computers. then i started with games. only the dos games back then.
i quickly went from a black and white screen to a colour screen. my first pc games was space quest. after that my interest became building up pcs and pretty soon installing broken windows and installing software....Leave a comment:
