LG R470 Board restarts when I touch some CPU Regulator traces ungrounded

Laptop model I'm working on is an: LG R470

Motherboard model is: DA0QL2MB8F0

Original problem was: laptop shutting down when Windows was starting, it had a NEC TOKIN 0D108 capacitor, I replaced it with 4 330uf SMD capactitors.

Current situation: Same symptoms as before, but I noticed when I touched for example the IREF trace of the CPU Regulator with one lead of my multimeter, the board would restart.

Try to add 1 more 330uf and don't forget to remove the rtc batt.
