dell insporion n7110

hi to all honorable members....
i m new in laptop repairing..
i have my own shop of laptop sale and purchase..
i have dell inspiron N7110 ..
i opened this machine to replace bad speakers..
i trun on the bord from power switch with tuser ..
i short 3.3v and gnd. the machine turnd on every thing was fine..
but suddenly it stopped powering on.
on power switch 3.3 volts are ok..
but its not showing chargig and not turning on..
kindly guide me to trace out the issue and guide me to resolve it..

Check 3.3v always & 5v always.

3.3 are ok on power switch..
5.0 are ok on usb ports.
but machine still not turning on...
is it the bios problem or aon thing else..??
