Acer AOD270 power led indicator off after 5-10 secs

i have acer aod 270 netbook i will plug any charger of acer but after around 5-10 seconds it will off.
i'm still a beginner in component level repair

Don't plug any charger, use bench power supply.

First check if you got 3v on the bios ic, if there is, then flash it. Save the old bios file.

Check on acer website.

I have actually 3 pcs Acer D270
1. power led indicator off after 5-10 secs after i press power on
2. totally no power
3. after charger plug the charger led will off seems like shorted
please help me i'm a newbie of repair
