Galaxy Book replaced battery won't charge

The battery of my Samsung Galaxy Book NP750XDA-KDEIT doesn't hold a charge anymore so I wanted to replace it.

Initially I ordered the first compatible battery I could find on Amazon, and I purchased one with model AA-PBSN4AF. When I installed it, the battery wouldn't charge, and later I found out on this website that this particular model was not compatible.

So, I then purchased the correct model, AA-PBSN4AT on AliExpress (I couldn't find it available anywhere else that ships to Italy) and I can see on the back that the text is exactly the same as the original one, except the Samsung logo.

I installed it and I'm having the same problem: the battery doesn't charge past 4%.

If I put back the old, original Samsung battery, it still charges but only lasts ~30 minutes.

Is there some procedure I need to perform in order to get the new batteries to work?

Work with the vendor on AliExpress but document it through their protection portal. To me, the shipped battery pack is defective since original unit will fully charge.
