ASUS X54L no power

Hi, I have this laptop completely dead, try to search for schematics could not find anywhere, is anyone have this or guide me to troubleshoot this fault? I attached here with mainboard photos, model K54L HannStar J-MV1 94V-O 1128 E89382

I would first check the dc jack see if you get voltage coming out of there. Look for power QFNS...and see if you get 3.3v or 5v on board if so move on to SIO and bios...

if you get 3.3v and 5v on board...check battery connector pins voltages and tell me what you get on all pins

I dont have schematic, if you can look mainboard please advise which JP numbers for power IC and SIO.

Update find out power ic RT8206A some measurements as follows
Pin3 VCC= 5V
Pin 6 Vin=19V
Pin 10 Vout1=5V
Pin 13 PGOOD1=3.3V
Pin 14 EN1= 3.3V
Pin 19 PVCC=5V
Pin 27 EN2=3.3V
Pin 28 PGOOD2=3.3V
Question is pin 14 EN1 should be 5V but measure only 3.3V
so what was wrong come from
