    Pin 28 - VCC
    Pin 5 - ACOK
    Pin 6 - ACDET
    Pin 24 - REGEN

If VCC is missing, then check PDB1.
Ok, let me test this in a minutes, i post a reply after testing all you suggested, thanks!

      Sems the pin28 has 19v.

REGEN is your 6V regulator output. Check resistance of this pin to ground with no power connected. If it's not shorted, the IC is defective and needs to be replaced.

the REGEN (pin 24) whithout power measure 1.57 Kohm ... What does this mean? ...it's not short-circuited.

Also, maybe I'm wrong. From of the IC diagram, I seem to remember that is the same in this forum:
          - pin 5 was supposed to measure 3V
          - pin 6 was supposed to measure 2.6V

          instead, I got

          - 30mV on pin 5
          - 2.9V on pin 6

          🤪

REGEN is the LDO ref voltage for this IC. Everything else is irrelevant if this is missing. You need to replace the IC.

Nice, thanks for the explanation, so, i have to change the PUB1 component, this is a start point.
              Thanks again.
