It makes the erroneous claim that "LEFT SIDE TOP PORT IS CONTROLLED BY U3100"
It is not. Just looking at the USB jumper connections on a board View will confirm this, or just remove U3100 and see that the top jack still powers at 5V and the bottom jack is now dead.
Also what does top and bottom even mean when they're both in the same plane. Forward and Rear make more sense.
