MacBook Pro a2141 not installing macOS

hello. I have 2141 on which I can't restore macOS. When loading, no buttons are active, it immediately wants to restore the Internet. But then I see an error 2100f. It doesn't boot from an external USB.
I can't flash it through dfu because I don't know the version of macOS that was on it. Help
By the way, for some reason it heats up inadequately and the coolers are at maximum

It seems something came out of the DFU - now it is. The Alt key works, but the MacBook refuses to boot from USB. it still transfers the recovery to the Internet.

You can't boot off USB on T2 machines without changing the security in recovery mode. But to do that, you need an Administrator account on the machine to change it. So if the machine is wiped, your only option is Internet Recovery.

As a heads up, I enable every T2 machine to boot off USB (I just choose minimum or no security) whenever they are in for service, as Apple will probably switch off the recovery servers for Intel machines once 7 years has elapsed. The machines will effectively be bricked in that instance if the user is stupid enough to wipe it without changing security. I get machines in all the time where the user has wiped the drive and can't reinstall the OS because of this Apple bullshit. Usually it won't load over WIFI, I need to use a USB to Ethernet adaptor to get recovery to effectively load on some T2 machines.
