Lenovo LOQ 15APH8 - no post, power button blinks steadily

    Model: Lenovo LOQ 15APH8
    Serial: MP2LMAV
    Board: ILG50 LA-M811P Rev 1A

This device came in for no POST/boot. It is drawing 2a when connected to the charger. Pressing the power button, I get keyboard backlight, then the power button blinks continuously, 1 second on , 1 second off. I flashed a brand new(unmodified) BIOS from Lenovo's website but that did not do anything. I was told by someone here, that despite missing the DMI blocks, if this were a BIOS issue, it should still boot after replacing the BIOS. There is only .2 ohms resistance on the GPU coils. I have been told here that extremely low resistance is not uncommon.

    What are my next steps?

    Thanks!

To share a overview about the whole board situation (voltages and resistances) and Not only of those areas what you think might be important.

The key in such cases to share as much informations as possible, since the given information obviously doesn't lead to the solution.
