    Macbook air A1932 no power

Hi, I have a MacBook that won't start at all, no sign of life, no display but the trackpad reacts., it's the A1932 820-01521-02 model with T2 chip, I tried to flash it in dfu mode it's detected on my mac, but it gives error 9 when I want to restart the chip, and error 4010 and 75 when I want to restore it, yet the icloud was removed on the icloud site the mac was deleted, anyway it was a little oxidized slightly so I cleaned everything, now I took all the voltages here they are:

    pp3V3_UPC_XB_LDO : 3V27
    PPVBAT_G3H_FUSE : 12V6 UNSTABLE FALLS to 0V187 every 4 seconds
    PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR_AMON : 19V78
    PPBUS_G3H : 12V62 stable
    PP3V3_G3H_RTC : 3V3
    PP1V8_AWAKE : 1V8
    PP3V3_AWAKE : 3V3
    PP1V1_SLPS2R : 1V1
    PP1V8_G3S : 1V8
    PP5V_G3S : 5V
    PP3V3_S5 : 0V 0,6 MOHMS no short
    PP3V3_G3H : 3V3
    LDO_RTC : 1V5

If anyone can help me please as I am not an expert in troubleshooting. The unstable 12V6 on the fuse makes me think that the t2 chip has a problem and cycles all the time, I tried to reset the SMC and flash the T2 chip but no result and impossible to flash the chip it gives me an error all the time

Suggest to implant a fresh image of the T2 firmware onto the T2 rom device. The dumps should be available in the ROM / DUMP sub-forum of this website. Backup the original as a CYA (cover your a*s).

what looks like the SPI chip on the board is U4730 and U4770, which would be the SPI chip?
Can I take the chip from a donor motherboard? Because I don't have the tool to read this small chip.

The SOC chip for the T2 is the U4770 on your board. You are correct, it is a real bastard of a part that is not even available in North America and has months of lead time even if you are ok with purchasing 2k++ qty on tape & reel. Everyone and their mother sells it on Aliexpress. We now have all of the tools to experiment with this nasty SMD part - still trying to resurrect a dead iMAC that has this part.

Master Liu noted that it is ok to use T2 SOC from another board to fix a non-working T2 board (any model). Concluding that the DFU process does exactly this. So if you have another T2 board -> locate the local SOC flash device and transplant on to your dead board. Curious to hear of your progress, either way. Be sure to watch the pin #1 orientation of these devices.

Guide to transplant MEC1503 EC chip and EEPROM reprogamming for T14s gen 2 and X13 gen 2
            by acedogblast
This is a guide that I am writing for helping others to replace their MEC1503 EC chip if it breaks (or to get around an inconvenient prompt to the BIOS). This forum has been extremely helpful to me so I would like to contribute to help others. I will tell you right now that this task is very difficult to do. You MUST have experience and tools to do precision micro-soldering, BGA reballing, trace repair, and general laptop repair skills.

There are some specialty tools needed to do this task. The replacement MEC1503 chips can be acquired from Aliexpress. Do not buy the bare chips as...

MacBook Pro 14". The screen DP chip failed.
            by SSBDADC234

When replacing the screen of this MacBook model, the DP855A chip must be moved from the existing screen for the screen to operate properly.
However, when I removed the DP855A chip from the existing screen, I must have done something wrong and the chip broke.
Testing the chip pins with a multimeter revealed a short circuit inside the chip.
Is it impossible to repair this? I couldn't find a programmer for this chip, nor any eeprom programmer software....
