DELL G15 RYZEN EDITION LA-K454P disable gpu

Hi friends, I have a problem with this laptop. It gives me a processor error, but when I measure the processor, it has power, heats up, etc.
But at first I thought maybe it was the BIOS. I tried reprogramming it, but nothing.
After that, I measured the graphics card and realized that the graphics card has no power.
So I lifted the power coils and checked that there is power, but when it reaches the GPU, they go to ground.

With a thermal camera, I realized that it apparently has a short in a VRAM. After removing the short, it goes to the GPU.
So my question is, is there any way to disable the GPU? And that it only works with the processor.

I disabled a gpu that freezed randomly by taking out gpu's power supply mosfets in a ba41-02176a samsung mobo, I dont remember if a took out vram PS mosfets too, most likely I did
