I am reaching out for assistance with a Dell G15 Ryzen Edition laptop that I am currently troubleshooting.
The laptop successfully posts on an external screen, but the main screen remains unresponsive. Below are the steps I have taken so far:
Despite these efforts, the main screen still does not post. I am unsure of the next steps to identify and resolve the issue.

- Ordered and replaced the LCD panel and LCD cable.
- Verified that the 19V power rail for the backlight is present.
Despite these efforts, the main screen still does not post. I am unsure of the next steps to identify and resolve the issue.
