What model is this HP mini?

Hello guys, I got HP mini here which I cannot confirm model. Upon researching it seems to be an HP mini 210 but I need to confirm this. There's no model on laptop or I might be misreading it. Problem is no light from dc jack. Might be bios. If someone have schematic and bios file please share. Thanks very much

when you enter the part number from your first pic into ebay, you get, HP Mini 110-3000 *** 647048-001 *** Integrated 1.66 Intel Laptop Motherboard

Yes you're right but as soon as I browse further it becomes 210. I think I need to remove it from case to check processor. thanks man

Hi - I tried under HSTNN-F05C which suggests 210
but on hp forum it says HSTNN-F05C is not a model or part number

I did spot a video and when they removed the back panel from a 210HD
there are some white labels on the underside. does yours have any are they any help?

processor is Intel atom N570 1.667Ghz dual core, memory is ddr3. I also find this code please check image again. Thanks.

Thanks very much guys. I have finally found the model no. Its an HP Mini 110-3715TU. The owner told me he put an electrical tape on the side of the sim card slot to make the battery fit. It was my mistake not to notice, but it was a clean cut. As if it was made from the factory. It took me almost 5 hours to figure it out, how stupid of me. Well now at least we can focus on the main problem of having no power.

cleaned whole board with alcohol. dc jack now have light but when power button is pressed its gone. need to replug the adapter again to see dc jack light. I've got bios from hp but don't know it will work. I'll try tomorrow and see if it would help

Got bios files from hp from the exact model but its different in size. Does this bios need to be modified first?

I didn't get there but I've downloaded version F.25. I have extracted .fd from it but size is different and when I load it on my programmer its different from the stock one. I think it needs to be modified first.

Did owner have it from new? was the bios on any support disks

Yes its new, first owner. I talked to the owner awhile ago. and I think its not a bios issue. She told me they left house to go on shopping around 8am, she forgot to unplug laptop from socket. She arrived home 5pm. She remove adapter from socket and used laptop for about an hour. then it suddenly turned off. When pressing power button the dc jack led indicator goes off.

I checked laptop for short but didn't find any. No heating components. Its hard for me to test further because I don't have schematic yet. I hope someone has...

Does it power on with ac only and the battery removed?

I'm doing this, only ac is attached, with battery there's no response. 5v and 3.3v are present and steady. power button also have 3.3v

Perhaps you've got a bad battery then or the contacts aren't making good connections. You mentioned the owner having to use a piece of tape to make the battery fit.

I think battery is ok, according to owner last at least 2 hours. there a problem I think on power rails. There maybe short somewhere. Need to find schematics first. Thanks guys.
