There must be a short or bridge somewhere. Test each exposed pin on the cd321x parts in diode mode.

If OL, the point is not soldered. If low value, point is shorted. Thermal camera reveal any issues?

i've check the usb connector...ALL PINS...AND NO SHORTS.

now i will try what you said

5 volt is the power on default from your external PD adapter. This same voltage should appear on each mated ACE controller on the VBUS pin. Suggest to confirm the USB connector themselves are not without damage -> confirm the mating connectors on the logic board. Test the mating connectors on the logic board in diode mode.

Essentially what this tool is doing - testing each pin in DIODE mode:

Seems all ok = 'means that each diode mode measurement matches the screen from the YT video'?

What is the voltage of VBUS from your adapter on the logic board? It should not be zero unless there is a short on the board.

                      yes all values are good...

PP20V_USBC_T_VBUS is 0v on both ports...

i've done a small experiment, soldering a wire on PP20V_USBC_T_VBUS line and injecting 1v...i can read without problem 1v on the connector...so the line from the motherboard connector to the opposite site of the connector is ok,..

but when i insert the cable, there is no voltage at all, power meter doesn't power on, neither by-3200s that show 0v @ 0a

                        nothing on PP20V_USBC_X_VBUS/PP20V_USBC_T_VBUS

cc1/cc2 of both ports are 0,570mv in diode mode...

i've no voltge at all neither on cc1/cc2

What is the resistance to ground of:

                            PP20V_USBC_T_VBUS
                            PP20V_USBC_X_VBUS

here you can see a sospicious (for me) behaviour of the 2 cd3217...

Connect the power adapter without the CD3217s installed. Do you have 5 volts?

the problem of not having them with cd3217 was bad usb port

Good discovery. The USB-C paddle boards are inexpensive and simple to replace. In the USA / Canada, there is Mobile Sentrix and Aliexpress otherwise or donor boards.
