HP gaming 15-0013dx quanta G3HA no video, screen polarize on and off loop

I have an HP gaming 15-0013dx laptop , motherboard quanta G3HA with AMD Ryzen 5 cpu and Nvidia discrete grsphics card. The laptop turns on and u can see the screen polarizing on and off in a loop but no video signal. All voltages are ok measured and stable (I checked all with oscilloscope). This schematics don't have power sequence but I'm using a similar sequence from another laptop with AMD CPU and I get all to the point CPU must release apu_pwrok and apu_rst#, this signal comes valid only for the period of time the screen is polarized and they disappear and same loop behaviour (active/inactive). The rest of mb voltages don't toggle, CPU voltage changes value but this is logical because apu_pwrok goes to pwrok pin of VRM chip and analyzing datasheet when this signal disappear the SVI interface is disabled and VR returns to Vboot voltage , so it's working like it should. I flashed 4 bios versions and KBC. Everytime I flash bios first time I power on, I get video signal and this message "system bios pending image is being cleared", it goes to the end, turns off power on again and same loop behavior and signals toggling. I tried different memory modules in both positions, if I remove memory stick CPU voltage is stable and all signals associated and I get blinking pattern in keyboard. But everytime is going to continue posting after ram is detected i get this. Any ideas?? Faulty CPU maybe?? 🤷🏻♂️. Maybe I'm not thinking about something. Thanks in advance if someone can help

I faced the very same problem on this platform and asked for any suggestion in this forum. But unfortunately, could'nt understand the reason behind it.
This G3HA mb is still lying with me with exact same symptoms. The boardview avalibale is not the exact one for this platform adding to misery.

This problem i've faced on 3 occassions and everytime its a HP with AMD APU. So i too doubt it has got something to do with ryzen apu but that doesnt explains why this malaise is not present in other brands.
I flashed all version from HP website, flashed EC,replaced EC,replace main eeprom chip, replaced ram sticks but failed miserably all the 3 times.

I'm still in the dark about this problem.

Well if u encounter any solution in the future please post it here. I've struggled with this for too many hours and I have my workshop really full of other laptops and cannot dedicate more time to this one, but I'm really curious about this fault. Exactly what u said, boardview is not identical but I've managed to find test points for many signals and the symptom is exactlywhat I posted before. Apu_rst recycling after detecting RAM. In Intel brands I use a post card tl611pro for lpc debug but with AMD, debug post codes are not so clear 😔. Anyway I want to ask u, maybe u have info about this, in a working laptop after u flash bios in this models or similar, the warning message about clear bios pending image is normal?? I mean it is supposedly to this step and then reboot and works normally after it finishes configurating bios??. Because i think when u flash bios it detects the first time it must update some module and the. Reboot and initialize and in this step evidently this motherboard gets stucked. I want to add this laptop came with a thermal pad in the middle of CPU I think it was a factory manufacturing mistake, so CPU got really warm and laptop shutdown. I removed it, change thermal compound and worked for a month and returned back with this symptom. That's why I believe it could be a CPU fault.

clear bios pending image is normal?? -No too me its not normal. We'll flash bios on so many laptops but never get this message.
I beleive this message is 'coz some residual files remain somehere and it fails to clear that. But the million dollar question is where?
        Honestly, i still dont know.
Sure, I'll update this forum if ever i get a solution.

That was my concern, I've never seen that message, but again it's AMD, a modern model, so I was not sure, all info I find about clear pending image is regarding bios corruption, and evidently is not the case, but I thought maybe it's a common behaviour in this more up to date models, before it had to flash or write something in EC chip for example, but for me it's also weird 🤔😔.
