Need help Asus x512d power on black screen

asus x512d with ryzen 5 cpu, does power on but not image .

when the battery is unplugged and only dc is conected the CPU gets hot and the fan start spinning at max speed ( it's like the laptop turn on automaticly after the dc in pluged )

i did try with a new ddr4 ram but did help ( also the laptop has intgrated rams ) .

i need help where to start the diagnonsis what can cause such issue !

here are two images inculding all the voltages i have , with power on and off .. i think everything looks normal on the power side ..

measure all the coils in reference to ground. 1 prod connected to ground and 1 prod connected to measure coil. all coils must be have a resistance not less than 1ohm. coil connected to processor is low 1ohm but not shorted.

if the problem is no display try to measure the 19volts that is connected to the LVDS

Connect a usb keyboard and check whether numlock key glows on toggle? We want to be sure whether mb is posting or not.

All the voltage rails seems present. Have you tried flashing bios?

nothing happend when i plugged the usb Keyboard.
and for pwrgood signals they are all messured when the laptop is on , when i turn off the laptop all of them showed 0v except 5vsus_pwrgd was the same as turn on.

5VSUS_PWRGD = 3.2V
ALL_SYSTEM_PWRGD = 3v
APU_PWRGD = 1.8v
CORE_PWRGD = 3.1v
DDR_PWRGD = 3.34v
P_1.2V_PWRGD_10 = 3.34v
VS_PWRGD = 3.37v
VSUS_PWRGD = 3.3v

Dramrst# is 0V ( test it without the ram cause there is no room to test it while the ram is plugged )

i can't know to laptop consumption , i don't have a bench power supply.

This means you are stuck in reset mode. This line should be a logic '1' if in normal boot. The # suffix = active_low signal. If this line is low (ie. 0v) then the signal is active, parked in RESET mode.

RAM reset signal is irrelevant if there is no RAM plugged in, or it needs to have enabled on-board RAM.

The on board ram is by default enabled, unless the issue here comes from the onboard ram.. and that's what I'm suspecting..
The laptop behavior didn't change with or without the ram.

according to the boardview there is MB_DQS_P0 and MB_DQS_N0 on the ram slot.

when turned on , MB_DQS_P0 = 0.68v , MB_DQS_N0 = 0V .

Have you saved the original bios of your unit? Supply the original bios of your model and post it here include the model # the serial number# or service tag serial number, many of the generous and kind hearted people here will to the rest... 😊😊😊 Try to flash the bios with clean ME

I did flash it with a fresh bios, I think it's either the CPU or On-board ram.
I have to find a way to disable the On-board ram, do know how to for that model?

Many Moderators here can determine either your bios is at fault. Just post the bios here to make sure that the bios is not faulty. all your voltage rail is normal. They can clear the ME region of your bios. Try that first before you jump in to the advance stage

It's an AMD cpu , doesn't have ME firmware .
