Asus X540U No Power On

I have an Asus X540ubr laptop of my customer.
The problem is it's not powering on.
When I check,all the voltages are ok.

I tried heating the motherboard with my soldering iron,after that it started to work fine and also charges the battery.
After leaving it turn off for 1 or 2 hours,then it's not turning on back again.
When I heat up the motherboard again,it turns back on again.

What would be the problem of this?

Start checking powergood signal. One of the diodes in powergood lines may be bad.
