dell g3 mlk n18p 19795-1 no display

have dell g3 laptop motherboard with part no g3 mlk n18p 19795-1 with no power and 19v shorted the problem was nb694 part no pu5401 was shorted upon replacement shorting was removed and aftergiving power charging ic intersil 95522h got burned. but everything was working perfectly on battery so i changed the charging ic and now the laptop is contiously power on and off on both battery and charger with no cpu core voltage

Have tried another charging from working laptop but the laptop power on and off in a loop.please help

Check the soldering of the new charger ic. Maybe put flux around it and reflow. Was the IC new, or reused from another motherboard ?
