Samsung NP950QED no power

model on mb: MARS2-15_HDI;
sticker on mb:BA92-23279A;
S.N.:SR469FET500026H;

No system power, no switch to 20V only 5V 0,05A.
I don't found schematics or boardview. No short found on mb.
No System output from Charger. The charger chip is INTERSIL 9238BI. Hanyone have datasheet of charger or help me for this mb?
