Dell inspiron N5010 erratic shut down issue

Dell inspiron N5010 has erratic shut down issue, most times at P.O.ST screen, others long time after windows login.

    Steps already taken :
-Fan cleaned, new paste added for CPU and GPU
-Ram and Hard drive tested ok-
-Tried Dell diag tool, lap always rebooted at different steps with no error message.

Did anyone experience this situation with N5010 or have any clue as where to dig further ?

A prompt reply should be largely appreciated.

    Thank you

does the bios give you the cpu temp?

i'v seen a couple of laptops where the heatsink didnt sit flat on the cpu.
it wasnt an issue with the original blue squishy pad, but it WAS a problem when using paste.

No temperature mentioned in bios setup.

              cpu temp seems normal.

GPU temperature may be a little high, I'll check it with an infrared thermometer tomorrow and feed back.

                    Sorry for the late feed-back.
Measured temperature with an infra-red thermometer, Lap shut down sometimes at 55°, others at 70°.

After making some experiments, I'm likely to think of a GPU heat issue, due probably to the heat-sink not sticking closely to GPU. Heat-sink is screwed only from one side (bad design).

Will try to find out another heat-sink and see if solved.

                      Hi Guys and Gals,
I have a really strange issue with the above titled Ultrabook.
                      Quick spec's, i7-6600 with intel HD520 graphics, 8GB DDR-4 RAM, 256GB M.2 SSD, 12" screen, Wifi, Finger print, NFC.
Use of the laptop is out on sites, remoted into a NAS just for files, software installed Win10, Office 2019, Teams, Printer software. Thats it, sledge hammer to crack a walnut.

OK, the issue. 4 days prior to me getting it, just after login, approx 15 secs the laptop will shutdown. Not as in power off/cut, no restart, it goes through the shut down procedure. This is...

Dell Inspiron 3542 (Cedar_Intel-MB 13269-1) - RTC battery self-discharging and Realtek LAN issue
                      by danielsak
Hello, I have issue with Dell Inspiron 3542.

                      Motherboard marking:
                      Code:
                      Cedar_Intel-MB 13269-1
                      PWB FX3MC REV: A00
The laptop works just fine (on battery and power supply) and doesn't cause any problems, except those described below:
                      1. The first problem is that the RTC/CMOS battery self-discharges after about 2-3 weeks after installing a new battery. I have been installing different batteries (GP, Duracell, Energizer) and the problem still exist.
                      1. The second problem is the LAN network card (Realtek RTL8106E), which is not detected at all in Windows. The BIOS is

Dell Inspiron 3480 All in One corrupt Bios issue: reaches Dell logo and stops
                      by computerbacon79
The Dell Inspiron 3480 I own (the all in one, not the laptop) is not wanting to turn on at all. It goes right to a dell logo, but it stays there forever with no other information on the screen. Holding the automatic Bios repair key combo (ctrl+esc) that should let it read a recovery file off a USB drive gets stuck on a black screen and does nothing. No amount of resetting anything so far has worked, and Dell's own support downloads have not really helped. Ive tried another BIN file I found online using my CH341A, and this got me slightly more, that time it displayed a loading bar that never moved...
