The check points I circled are necessary for issuing 1.05vALW and 1.8vALW which should be present when adapter is plugged in (S4-S5 state). As the issue is "not triggering", the other voltages are not concerned at this stage. I attach new photo of LV5075B with voltages and signals measured before powering laptop.
Of course I did check resistance to gnd of failing outputs, no issue found.
+3VALW,+5VALW and 3VALW_PCH are present and my concern is why 1.8VALW and 1.05VALW are not outputted though all the conditions for their issue are present and LV5075B...
I see an EC bios dump in my database. Have you reflashed the EC bios? Always backup the original (twice & verify the filesize against the density of the device) before erasing and reflashing with another.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes as mentioned above, I did reflash Ec and Main Bios with a dump from Lenovo support to no avail....

Lenovo Ideapad 3 15IML05 MB : GS452/GS552/GS752 NM-C781 not trigger
Hi Ideapad when Plugged in 3.3vALW and 5vALW are on, but 1.05vALW and 1.8vALW absent. Power led lights and remains always on and laptop not trigger..
Found a burned spot on LV5075B IC, replaced with a new imported IC, but 1.05vALW and 1.8vALW still failing. .
EC IT8586E working voltages and signals are all ok except PBTN_OUT# 2.44V not changing when power button is pushed and EC_RSMRST# always 0.1V ??
Reflashed EC IT8586E and Main bios with newly download dump from Lenovo site to no avail.
Should I fix again a new L5075B and replace IT8586E to solve the issues....

First, thanks for the photos.
Yes indeed, also vertyanov programming software is compatible with MIC-VISION JIG V3.
I did connect the programmer and MB the same way as in the photos and got error "Ite do not respond". But i have to correct, I rather 1st used the 30 pin 0.5mm cable supplied with programmer. Today I solved the issue once I used the 32 pin 0.5mm cable instead (which was supplied with my old svod1 ver2 programmer). So I saved the EC .bin file with password which I attach.
Is their a way to remove the password from the .bin file ? please share. Thanks...

Couldn't backup EC, have to solve this issue :
I have micro_Vision programmer Rev: 4.1 with connectors supporting Max 32 pins, whereas T14 keyboard connector has 40 pins. I tried to read the IT5261VG-512 EC with a 32 pin cable 0.5mm but always got error reading message "ITE do not respond check connection and settings MB powered ? (02)", though all pins to read are within the 24 1st pins (so connected to programmer) ?
Any suggestion should be well apreciated....

Thinkpad-t14-gen-1 serial number : PF-31GJNV and type number : 20UE
Once I solve the locked bios issue, I will make a back up of every bios chip and post them for members....

I would try another bios chip 128kb 1.8v and see if programming succeeded. I happen to see bios chips read successively but failing to be reprogrammed....

Does no one have UNOWHY - Y13G010S4EI laptop at hand or a scrap motherboard EM_IG116_366B_V2.0 to help identify smd component marked 1 on photo. Schematic and boardview aren't likely to be available ?

Hello
Wish to know
Was the Mxic 25u1001e you programmed a new chip ?
If not, did programmer auto-detect it or you wrote it's ID manually ? and did you backup bios file without error (i.e read old content)?...

hello, I already checked the pads of missing smd as well as the pins of flash; all of them are not grounded (except 4th pin of flash i.e GND).
Also I desoldered the flash and didn't find any link between flash pads and missing smd pads. I got to know from one colleague that the missing smd to the left is a diode marked "T" and the one to the right is a black smd measuring 100k and 31k when probes inverted; it should be a kind of resistor. With those new clues, it's getting more and more clear. Do you suggest any idea for the replacement of the smd to the right ?
Thanks...
