fujitsu I7 laptop ah531 is totally dead!!

been working on it at night , next day wouldn't come on , no lights, the motherboard is cold, charger is fine , the socket pins read the right voltage , the MSbus charging controller data sheet confusing me, didn't find the right pin to test, anyone may help me to test the voltage points in page 34 at least may i can find the problem there?!!

what do you get on pins 5,6 and 20? on page 35 check PL12 for 5v and PL13 for 3v. post results for others to see

pl13= 3v
pin 6 = 19.5
pin 5 = 0
pin 20 =0
i noticed that pin 20 is not connected to any thing!! or maybe the pin is too tiny to see

u14 which i believe its the bios , it has 3.3v on pin8 and 2v on pin1 !!! page 31 , any clue?
u13 has 0v on pin8
power switch has 0v

pin 20 is round 19V
pin 5 is 0V (3.3 on the Mosfet's drain pin) see the attachment pls

Check voltages on pins 19, 102, 64, 95, 25, 104, 2 of U16.
Can you check frequencies? If yes, check frequency of Y4 and Y3 (the second with RTC battery removed).
Also with RTC battery removed check voltages on R228, R559, R560, R195 (all both sides).
Also a good idea is to do a cold reset.
If you have an oscilloscope check for waves on pins 1, 126, 127, 128 of U16 and pins 2, 5, 6 of U14.

You mention of 2V on pin 1 of U14. Can you find R337?
Check voltage on both sides of PR218.

Finally check resistance to ground of PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL10, PL11.

power switch has 0v

Power switch is connected to NBSWON# signal, and as you can see, (page 2) it has high level all the time.
Only when you push power button, NBSWON# goes to zero.

Check this circuit first.
