Toshiba L750D power on but no display.

good day everyone i have a toshiba satellite L750D with a built in processor, my problem is when you plug it power light indicator turns on and pressing power button light comes on and shutdowns then there is no activity of fan and hdd... most help are appreciated... and can someone teach me how to detect short circuit in a rail...thanks and more power

short on the secondary voltage rail, did you try removing everything and power on just the mobo and measure current consumption ?

I had the same issue with same model. Can anyone help me with that please? Where is the rail?
