Is it possible to get it to post with just one USBC chip .....the bad one burnt and ruined pads below. I'm trying to get the data back

Pour some ipa (alcohol) onto these bga pads and clean it up with q-tips. You can dab the q-tips in ipa as well. The Costco pharmacy stuff is great to use. Once the flux is removed, post pics of this region again.
