I have the Laptop pavillion 15-AB motherboard schematic but this motherboard don't have any serigrafic of the number in his components and many don't have datasheet of his incriptions. Maybe someone know about the boardview of this motherboard...
by now this have:
+20v in charger ok
+3v and +5v always ok
don't have +3.3v in ITE8987 (KBC)
don't have +3.3v in Bios
don't have +3.3v in line of turn on button.
The component 523AL with SOT23-5 (5 pins)
up his temperature but when has been removed and tested it's ok (voltage regulator)
this by now...

Quite contradictory. If you have +3VALW that means +3V LDO is present-so kbc will have 3V in VCC pins. check again.
