I often encounter such a problem on a non-slim display that the black background turns red and the image is blurry. Sometimes it seems like columns are missing. I have a lot of these displays, is there a cure?

Hi, i got a Samsung QE65Q60RAT with dead MB, so I trayed with MB from 55" QE, and getting strange pattern on screen, but have menu in background, and TV is responding on commands,...Somebody any idea what can it be (picture)..faulty screen?

This laptop has dots that show up once on the windows login screen. The bios menu and windows loading phase doesn't have them.
What I have tried:
change screens but it's not a screen issue as they show on internal and external display.
Changed SSD and Windows
Wrote a new bios
Inspected if there is anything unusual on the board, none

The first photo is of my sample device which lacks the two components that I wish to identify.
The second (very blurry) photo is of the same model device submitted to the FCC, which does contain the two components I wish to identify.
The board for the device is configured for a USB 2.0 A port, but the port is not installed at the factory. But it does work if installed.
However, the power pin does not supply voltage because the two components in question are not installed in produced units.
One of the two components (6C6) is obviously a capacitor....
