Pavillion 15 shorted the entire 3.3v rail

Hp pavilion 15 cc183 shorted the entire 3.3v rail, this thing is giving me a headache, I tried injecting 500mV and 1amp but the thing I suspected would be shorted (PCH) doesn't heat up, what could be the problem? I am outta ideas tbh 😢

To understand why voltage injection doesn't work, you need to share the exact resistance to GND and the current draw of this line when injecting 0.5 Volts.
