Post a pic of the bottom side of this part. If this part has only 2 solder legs, it is a tantalum capacitor @ 15 mF (15 microfarads). Purchase the highest voltage rated part for this body size and you should be ok. Do you have any reference on the logic board or voltage rail used for this component ?

Looks like aluminum polymer, not tantalum. Also that's 15 µF not mF.OpenBoardView — https://github.com/OpenBoardView/OpenBoardView
