Apple A1370 after flash shows no disk

Hello.
Have this Apple A1370 that have bad bios. i have trouble with my programmer RT809F and must use A341CH with Asprogrammer. Now laptop start but not see my hard drive.
I dont work much with apple, is there something that must be done to run os on disk? or i should search for why disc is not recognized. Dump for flash was confirmed working from here

You must do a NVRAM reset after flashing bios. option command P R is the key combination for this. If. you do not see your drive after this something is wrong with your data.

it works about 15 minutes byut it is done and still not find system.

i try to make install usb for sierra but it wont accept it when start with ALT. i have only win machine
