Dell Inspiron N4050 NO DISPLAY

hi,
dell n4050(10315-1) all voltage are ok , but no display
DC power supply getting 0.52 amp. with ram and without ram same amps
i have changed bios and RAM then same issue
plz give me any idea for this solution

Please post good quality photos of motherboard.

Ram not detected by the system,hence no display. Check ram slot for corrossion,clean them with IPA,replace ram stick,flash clean me bios. If still same problem check ram slot requirements.Btw, DRAMRST# present?
