Medion MD 98360 - no power

Yet another i3 laptop that is dead. DC Jack ok.

Customer was using it last night when it shuts off. I was trying to reflash bios but when the software was trying to verify the reflash, it kept saying failed. I retried many times until it said verified successful. Bad bios chip/dump?

i bought a clip for that so i won`t have to solder and desolder 2 times

is it completely dead or charging light is still coming? Trace the 19v, check for 3.3v and 5v and 1.5v

If 3,3 V and 5 v ok it cann to be ( Nuvoton Firmware ) (Ec Kbc) Bios .
Rewrite This .

My Medion MD 98360 is completely dead, even the charging led is dead. I am an electronic technician and I am cherching the electrical schemas for understanding the problem why the battery is not charging. The circiut from the 19 Volt looks good. I do not see badcaps.
Where can I find the electric service manuals?
