Hi same with me I have the same issue and as per my checking the schematic is different with the actual board layout.

What could be wrong here I already checked using diode mode and it seems there is no 19v at DCbout.

Please help me

Resistance looks good, but you can check its value with ohmmeter. (2.2 ohms)
This voltage is wrong, check voltage of pin 14 (S5_ENABLE) ic U2701A, (NPCE795P) if low, could be bios data corruption, or NPCE795p with leakage problem.

hi bro, can you help me? IC NPCE795L and NPCE795P can interchangeable? I only have NPCE795L
