    [LED] Philips E-line 247E3LPH - No input signal?

    Hi,

    This monitor is brand new, still in the plastic wrap.

    Has 2x HDMI and 1x VGA input, but neither gets an input signal.

    I have not yet opened it up.

    Where should I start?

      First you need to realise that this is for notebooks and there is a special dedicated thread for monitors.
      Second you need to open it and make visual inspection .
      Just cook it! It's already broken.

              don`t get me wrong but its your cable ok? signal maker(notebook?pc?) can he output :P

                  I'm troubleshooting a Philips MDP 3380/12 Blu-ray player that shows no signs of life. The display remains off, and no buttons respond.

                  Inside, the power supply is working correctly, and all expected voltages on the mainboard match the service manual specifications. The CPU warms up slightly (checked with a thermal camera), the crystal oscillator is functioning, but the reset signal remains high at all times.

                  820-02020 Super Weird Issue: Keyboard Input Character Map "Wrong"?

                  So, I have a really bizarre issue that I'm struggling to identify the cause of. Working on an 820-02020 board with some bizarre keyboard/input-source character mapping. My suspicion is a possible damaged SPI ROM (U1970), perhaps, but I'm really not sure in this case:

                  1. The issue is pretty weird, but when installing MacOS, I noticed my WiFi password did not work. I quickly realized the special characters (!@#$%^& etc) were not mapping correctly.

                  i have the above model ue40d5003
                  the damage was definitely caused in my case by a generator that I installed burned the protection at power supply of tv and created the following problem
                  when I have not connected the antenna, any input source lights up normally i can insert on the menu and the tv doesnt reboot
                  when I connect,the antenna or hdmi signal however, when it goes to show an image, the image appears momentarily and then restarts appears the logo and the same again.the lights of standby blinking continously

                  No picture, just red vertical stripes. Google search shows quite common problem for these recent Vizio M series although red vertical stripe pattern may differ. Some call it "Netflix" boot screen haha.
